At south side property services we offer a vast array of general property care services including but not limited too grass cutting, hedge trimming/shaping, tree branch removal, gardening, exterior house maintenance, and basic interior maintenance,for an affordable price tailored perfectly for households, businesses and rental/hosting properties (contact us for more info on specific services). Booking available for guests and subscribers 24/7 online. Month subscriptions give customers access to book their property care services whenever they see fit free of charge at time of booking, given the selected time slot is still available. Slots are available from 8 am - 6 pm Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm Sat-Sun. Scheduled service can be booked from 4 weeks up to 4 hours prior.

Appointment Usage Policy

At South Side Property Services, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service and convenience.

  • Scheduling Appointments: Easily schedule your appointments here. Clients may also schedule appointments via phone/text, or email. Book your service in advance or schedule as needed. Services can be from 4 weeks in advance up to fours prior scheduled time as long as the time slot is available*with the exception of 8 am - 9:30 am slots, these must be made no less than 8 hours prior (example A. scheduling a service for 1 pm can be made up to 9 am the same day) (example B. Scheduling a service for 9 am must be made no later than 1 am the same day)

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your services please notify us at least 2 hours in advance to avoid any charges. This allows us to accommodate other clients effectively. A cancellation fee of $5 will be applied to all service cancellations made within 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
