Slots are available from 8 am - 6pm Mon-Fri, 9 am - 6 pm Sat-Sun. Scheduled service can be booked from 4 weeks up to 4 hours prior.

Appointment Usage Policy
At South Side Property Services, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service and convenience.
Scheduling Appointments: Easily schedule your appointments here. Clients may also schedule appointments via phone/text, or email. Book your service in advance or schedule as needed. Services can be from 4 weeks in advance up to fours prior scheduled time as long as the time slot is available*with the exception of 8 am - 9:30 am slots, these must be made no less than 8 hours prior (example A. scheduling a service for 1 pm can be made up to 9 am the same day) (example B. Scheduling a service for 9 am must be made no later than 1 am the same day)
Cancellation and Rescheduling: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your services please notify us at least 2 hours in advance to avoid any charges. This allows us to accommodate other clients effectively. A cancellation fee of $5 will be applied to all service cancellations made within 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Online bookings must be paid at time of booking via credit card. If you would like to make a payment via debit, e-transfer, cash, Google Pay, Apple Pay or would like to make your payment at location and time of requested service please contact via phone, text or email.
